Abandon Cart Recovery Email Flow

Client: Threadless Year: 2022

Threadless needed a makeover for its Abandon Cart Recovery email flow. These flows would be triggered if a customer had something in the cart, but left the site without completing the purchase.

There were two flows: new customers and existing customers. New customer emails had a more encouraging copy tone. Existing customers had more tongue-in-cheek copy, as they were familiar with Threadless’ goofy brand.
All emails would show their cart, as well as a predict module for other popular products.

The team named the goofy little cart, Carty Tee. We love a pun at Threadless.
