Anna Lisa (she/her) was raised in West Michigan, educated in Detroit (College for Creative Studies, BFA in Illustration), and is currently based in Chicago with her giant Chihuahua-mutt, Mona.
She enjoys drawing things that makes folks chuckle, feel understood, or just stop and say, “Hmm, well that’s interesting.”
Currently she’s running a drink and draw group, mentoring and assisting other artists, participating in art shows and comic cons, and spending way too much time and money in coffee shops drawing the other patrons.
When she’s not working, she’s badly playing bocce, reading comics, staring at Lake Michigan, or hanging out with her friends.
